We partner with owners, founders, and management teams to create leading brands and products that build value.
Roncade is a privately owned investment company with owners and investors from Europe, and the Middle East. Our mission is to partner with owners, founders, and management teams to create leading brands and companies that build value. Our core areas are investments in two different sectors: Brands and Renewable Energy
For Roncade a great brand is a name given to a product and/or service such that it takes on an identity by itself. A brand differentiates a product from similar other products and enables it to charge a higher premium, in return for a clear identity and greater faith in its function. Roncade is always looking for companies who are creating a product that is not only beneficial to its customers, but also to the environment.
Renewable Energy investment is a type of environmental/socially responsible investment specifically relating to investments into companies focusing on renewable energy resources like wind, solar, biofuels, hydropower, and tidal power as well as the technology and systems relating to these sources. Renewable Energy investments are an important part of the future portfolio for Roncade.
Our broad range of expertise and targeted investment strategies is what makes us unique. Our investment team is comprised of former CEOs paired with long term investment professionals. Our senior teams quickly grasp the fundamentals of companies we consider, expeditiously complete due diligence, and serve as valuable teammates for the portfolio. Roncade acquiring primarily entrepreneur-led or family-owned European middle-market companies, both in the sector of brand-building and renewable energy.
